Have I reached the point where I don’t need to answer this question anymore?
Ballard neighborhood of Seattle by way of Anchorage Alaska
POW gear of choice?
Think Thank collab mittens and any of the filming specific gloves or mittens. Can’t wait for the Bear Claws, gonna maul the mountain with those, attack it like it’s an unsuspecting biologist sleeping in a tent feeling good about connectivity with nature, then “roooowwrrr!!!!” I eat them.
Do you have any pre-riding or post-riding rituals?
Coffee before, food after. I don’t like to do anything extra until I’ve got a video clip. Just spaz out until I’ve got something on film then I can chill a bit more have a snack, chat about things.
If you were stuck on a snow covered mountain island who are the five people you would want to ride with, dead or alive?
Christina “Pika” Burtner, Sean Genovese, Mike Yoshida, Chris Beresford, Scott Stevens. Zombie versions of them.
Hobbies off the board/sticks?
Skateboarding, Downton Abbey, reading, writing, mtn bike, edit video, dub step dj in Ibiza, jump rope, trampoline.
What is the best advice you have been given?
“Just keep doing what your doing, don’t give up.” Chuck Laing
Why are you riding for POW Gloves?
POW is a perfect combination of the things that matter; performance, reliability, style and culture.
