If you are a resident of the United States and purchased any POW product via OUR online store and want to exchange or send it back for a refund, please follow the below instructions.
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but in the rare occasion that you do not and it’s within 30 days of purchase, just send it back and we will take care of you.Â
Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. A restocking fee will be applied if the item(s) are not returned in original condition as outlined above.
You can choose to receive a refund or exchange which is valid for 30 days.

If you are a resident of the United States and you feel your product is defective.
We strive to make the best gloves in the world, and we stand behind our motto that POW products are Built To Last. From time to time, things outside of our control can get in the way of that. So, if you think you have a defective product and live in the US here is what to do:
- Complete the information section on this page, following the prompts and questions asked.
- Attach the receipt of purchase and images clearly showing the defect.
- Our customer service team will get back to you ASAP with the best possible solution to get you back enjoying POW in the POW.
International Customers
Warranties or returns outside of the US should be directed to the retailer in which the purchase was made. If you are unable to resolve the situation please contact the appropriate distributor here.
Processing Time
All returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving your items. You will be notified by email once all items are processed.
